Who are the Happiest People?

It’s okay to fall apart for a little while.  You don’t always have to pretend to be strong, and there is no need to constantly prove that everything is going well.  Don't be concerned with what other people are thinking either – cry if you need to – it’s healthy.  The sooner you do, the sooner you will be able to smile again.

We sometimes do things that are permanently foolish just because we are temporarily upset.  A lot of heartache can be avoided if you learn to control your emotions.

The happiest people I know keep an open mind to new ideas and ventures, use their leisure time learning, and love good music, good books, good company and good conversation.  And oftentimes, they are also the cause of happiness in others.

Forget not, to be happy now. The happiest people I know are not those who "find their golden ticket". It's those who discover and treasure the beauty of everyday moments. They weave a tapestry of gratitude and wonder. These people are truly happy.

An "attitude of gratitude" is of foremost import to one's well being. Great book suggestion: "Success is the quality of your journey", by Jennifer James. Great, important post.
I love you...daddy

Thanks for the reminder and for being there when I need some one to remind me to pick my self up brush my self off and get back on my path. So many people will cross my path as I walk it and only the very best cross it more than once. Cross it anytime you would like I always smile when you do.
