Garbage Cans, Schmarmage Cans

Who needs garbage cans?! It's so much more fun to throw your trash on the ground NEXT to the garbage can! Is this a joke?! How can people be so lazy and unconcerned?

I took this on my last trip to Brussels, Belgium. What a gorgeous city. There was a gigantic, city wide party the night before and in the morning when I took a long walk around town, I came across these little street corner jems. It's my tribute to the new 'green' movement sweeping the globe.
