Wegmans in Dulles, VA: Life in Bulk

Wegmans is a farmers market, grocery store, specialty cheese shop, restaurant, kitchen tools gadgety store, organic market, florist, fishermans warf, international home goods store, bakery, coffee shop, and a sushi/pizza/Chinese/submarine sandwich/comfort Southern cooking/Kosher/Italian restaurant, all under one roof.

Growing up, this was my home town food market. Every time I'm back on the east coast, I love shopping here for fresh produce, cooked to order lunch, and the obligitory stroll down the bulk candy aisle.

I miss Wegmans. It makes my West coast grocery stores look like the corner 7-11. Except, I'm sure Wegmans sell slurpees too, but with organic ingredients, sweetened with agave syrup.
