Blanco Tacos + Tequila

Blanco on Scottsdale Road, somewhere north of the Camelback cluster. 

If you haven't had their incredible food there yet, GO. Now. Run, jump, drive, hopscotch. Whatever method of moving you prefer, just go. 

The rice, ooooh lawd have mercy. The rice is like Mexico's version of risotto. Yes, like the creamy, delicious, heavenly Italian pasta dish. Except this is rice. And it's Mexican. 

I recommend the Ahi Ceviche, which is a good light choice if you're not feeling too hungry. S. had the beef tacos (seen above) with the aforementioned rice from the gods.
