The View from Here. New York.

I'm finally home in New York to visit my family! This means lots of hugs, kisses, Italian food, swimming in the lake, boats and sun. 

I needed this break. I needed to be surrounded by those who love me most. 

I don't know about you, but when I'm home, all ability I may have had to be an independent, self-sufficient woman goes out the window. I find myself on my childhood couch, calling for mom in the kitchen to bring me a glass of water.

Sigh.... a mother's unconditional love. Thanks mama. I hope you have a lovely weekend!
