Healthy Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich



One whole wheat wrap
One tablespoon roasted almond butter (ingredients should only read: Roasted Almonds!)
Eight juicy blackberries (schmooshed)

If you're going low carb, try dipping just the blackberries in almond butter. That also tastes amazing! Just be sure to measure out 2 tablespoons of almond butter...It's easy to loose track of how much you're eating with all it's nutty deliciousness!
