Put down the sugar water!!! Sometimes a visual is all it takes to solidify the fact that I'll never, ever drink this junk. It's harmful stuff -- and all about choices.
Happy, healthy drinking my friends. Here are some yummy, healthier alternatives (besides water, green tea and more water).
White-Grape Spritzer
Mix equal parts 100% white grape juice and lemon-lime seltzer; serve over ice with sliced fruit.
Watermelon-Coconut Cooler
Blend 8 cups frozen cubed watermelon with 8 ounces lemon vodka, and a 17.5-ounce can coconut juice/water. Serve with watermelon wedges. Virgin Watermelon-Coconut Cooler - sub alcohol with more coconut juice/water!
