Oh My Cookie


When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. No flour OR sugar! 

3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins (optional) (yuck)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 

That's it!

I've heard applesauce is wonderful for baking.. really adds moisture (in absence of butter I presume). I'll look forward to trying this. Thanks for sharing.

Must be the oats smelled great but just saw not quick oats and that is what I used came like rubber!
